The House 

Our accommodation ranges from one of the best suites in Springdale to a more basic Hikers/Bikers/Climbers room.  Being an old family house, every room has its own character and ambience.  If you are looking for a 'hotel style' experience we are not for you ! There are no TV's or phones in the rooms, however we do offer: serenity, charm and a lovely house and gardens for you to enjoy. 

Painting workshop facilities are also available, Deb will be pleased to discuss this with you.  

If you bring a computer, we have free high speed wireless DSL.

Please Note: Some  of the pictures below suffer from distortion because I have 'joined' two  pictures together into 'one' to show as much of a room as possible. 

The beautiful old church window (with stain glass accents) overlooks the terraced gardens below and has views of  the West Temple in Zion Park.  There is also a wood burning stove for chilly nights in the winter. 

The Eaves Suite

It has been said that The Eaves Suite is possibly the most spectacular and spacious room in town!  Covering the entire second floor (~1200sq.ft.) it makes an ideal romantic hideaway, honeymoon suite or family base.

The Eaves Suite has lovely views of the Zion mountains to the north and south from the quaint cottage style windows and to West through the stunning old church window.  The room contains a queen bed and a 'day bed' which comprises two twin beds, so it can comfortably accommodate four people.  

The suite has vaulted ceilings & contains a kitchenette with microwave, small grill, fridge, kettle & coffee machines.  

The private bathroom has an antique painted claw-footed roll top tub and European-style shower.

The Main House

Ground Floor Rooms  (room 1 & 2)

There are two bright sunny rooms in the main house, on the ground floor level. They are decorated in an eclectic mix of antique furnishings; each room has one antique cast iron double size bed. 

 Each room has a sink and private shower/bathroom.

The Garden Cottage (main level)

Behind the main house, sits the Garden Cottage overlooking the terraced gardens. The Cottage was originally built in ~1928 as one of the Zion National Park Lodge properties; it was relocated to Under The Eaves in 1989.  

The two rooms on the main level each have a private entrance, contain a queen size bed & private bathroom decorated with stained glass windows. Both rooms are snug and cozy with old world charm; each have their own a/c.

The Garden Cottage Lower Level

The lower room in the garden cottage is a more functional room with tiled floors and decorated with photographs of hikes we have done from around the world; the window  looks up into the garden ie: semi basement. The room is cool in summer and snug in winter...The bedroom contains 2 single size beds; one can be stowed away under the other if a single person wants more space. There is a full en-suite private bathroom with tub.

 The room also has its own outside entrance with a lobby for bags, bikes, 'climbing gear' and either wet or dry clothes!
